1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, booking services, or communicating with Encore Maids Cleaning and Property Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide:

  • Residential & Rental Turnover Cleaning

  • Property Maintenance Consultations

  • Student Housing Cleaning Solutions
    All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Bookings & Appointments

  • Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings based on availability.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Service pricing is based on property size, requested services, and consultation.

  • Full payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, electronic payment platforms, or invoice billing for property managers.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may incur a cancellation fee of $50.

  • We allow one free rescheduling per appointment with 24-hour notice.

6. Access to Property

  • Clients are responsible for providing access to the property on the scheduled service date.

  • Failure to provide access may result in a missed appointment fee of the entire amount of the booking.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly.

8. Liability Limitations

  • While we take great care during services, Encore Maids Cleaning and Property Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing damages.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service delays or property access issues.

9. Use of Cleaning Supplies & Equipment

We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products, you must inform us prior to service, and we will accommodate where possible.

10. Property Services Consultations

All property maintenance services require a consultation to assess scope and pricing. No service commitments are made until after a formal agreement post-consultation.

11. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal data.

12. Changes to Terms

Encore Maids Cleaning and Property Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any changes.
